4. Timeliness: While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. International Shipping: Not applicable. Doodhbar currently serves domestic customers only.
Refund , Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are accepted only in case of incorrect, damaged, or spoiled items.
If eligible, an approved exchange will be delivered within 3–4 hours of confirmation, subject to availability and delivery feasibility.

💸 Refund Policy
Orders once placed cannot be canceled after dispatch. In case of a service failure, refund requests will be subject to review and approval by our team.
- Processing Time: If approved, refunds will be processed and credited within 5–7 business days to the original mode of payment.
- Mode of Refund: UPI, bank transfer, or original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunded via Doodhbar Wallet Credit (valid for 30 days).
