For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the terms “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Laitmate Trading LLP, operating under the brand name Doodhbar.

By accessing or using our services through the Doodhbar app or website, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.

2. Orders: All orders placed are subject to acceptance and availability.

3. Pricing: Prices for products and services are subject to change without notice.

4. Payment: Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Your financial details are not stored on our servers.

5. Cancellations & Refunds: Orders once placed cannot be canceled after dispatch. In case of a service failure, refund requests will be subject to review and approval by our team.

If approved, refunds will be processed and credited within 5–7 business days to the original mode of payment.

6. Dispute Resolution: In case of disputes, you agree to first contact us at support@doodhbar.com for resolution.
